Thera4Care at 12ICI 2026

The 12th International Conference on Isotopes (12ICI) took place in Florence, Italy, from 15 to 19 February 2026, bringing together scientists, professionals, and stakeholders to share knowledge on the production, applications, and regulation of isotopes across scientific, medical, industrial, and environmental fields.

Themes addressed in the conference included: 1) Isotope production and separation; 2) Radiopharmaceuticals and nuclear medicine; 3) Environmental and geological applications; 4) Energy, decommissioning, and nuclear safeguards; 4) Policy, economics, and global impact of isotope use.

Several of Thera4Care's members attended the event, presenting and discussing the latest research within Thera4Care.

Marie Théry presented her work on Sc-44 in Thera4Care and won the Young Scientist Best Presentation award!
